1 Canned whole tomatoes
3 portions Chicken
1/2 Onion
20 grams Carrot
4 Spinach or egg plants

1 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp White wine (sake)
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Ketchup

1 Plain flour
1 small amount (Dried basil if you have any)
1 small amount (Olive oil if you have any)

Thinly slice the carrot in any shape you like (I thinly sliced it into rounds this time).

Parboil the spinach and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Coat with plain flour and fry in a frying pan (with some olive oil) until crispy .
