1 c. cooked rice
1 pound grnd beef
2 Large eggs
2 slices moist bread
1 pkg. frzn spinach, cooked & liquid removed

In a large pot simmer the chicken in water flavored to taste with garlic pwdr, onion pwdr, salt and pepper.

Simmer one hour.

Remove bones from chicken.

Mix beef, Large eggs and bread.

Make marble sized meatballs and drop into boiling chicken mix.
