Ingredients: 1 large hen; 1 large (24 oz.) spaghetti; 1 c. onions; 1 c. bell pepper; 1/4 c. butter; 2 lb. Velveeta cheese; 1 can Ro-Tel; 1 can English peas; salt to taste; pepper to taste

Cook chicken until tender.

Cook spaghetti in chicken broth. Chop onions.

Cook butter, onion and bell pepper until tender. Add Ro-Tel and English peas.

Add salt and pepper.

Put 1/2 of cheese in with all ingredients.

Pour into casserole dish.

Bake in slow oven at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Put the other half of cheese over the casserole.
