   In a bowl, combine mayo, pesto, and mustard.

   Mix well.

   Add chicken and toss to combine.

   Season to taste with salt and pepper.

   Spread cut side of buns with equal portions of chicken mixture.

   Lay cheese across top halves.

   Place tops on baking sheet and broil until cheese is just beginning to melt.
