2 cups chicken breast fillet (chopped in cubes)
3-4 tortillas (soft tacos)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp red chili peppers
1 onion (diced)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 tsp tabasco sauce
1/2 cups green onions (chopped)
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp black ground pepper
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp lime juice

1) Place salt and pepper to the chicken. Add canola oil to the frying pan.

2) Cook chicken on a frying pan (medium heat) for about 10 mins or till it reaches a temperature of 140 F or over.

3) Place in onion and garlic with the chicken. Saute them for a bit before mixing with the chicken.

4) Turn off the stove. Add mayonnaise, tabasco sauce, chili peppers, and lime juice with the mix.

5) Put chicken sisig mix on the tortillas.

6) Garnish with green onions or cilantro.
