Ingredients: 1 chicken, cut up; 1 pound sausage (polish or possibly smoked, cut up); 1 lg. can whole tomatoes; 1 green pepper, sliced; Fresh mushrooms, sliced; 1/3 c. flour; Red pepper flakes; Extra virgin olive oil; 1 c. white wine or possibly chicken broth; Bay leaf; 2 lg. cloves garlic, diced; Basil; Dry parsley; Salt & pepper to taste

Servings: persons

1 chicken, cut up
1 pound sausage (polish or possibly smoked, cut up)
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
1 green pepper, sliced
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/3 c. flour
Red pepper flakes
Extra virgin olive oil
1 c. white wine or possibly chicken broth
Bay leaf
2 lg. cloves garlic, diced
Basil
Dry parsley
Salt & pepper to taste

Salt, pepper and coat chicken with flour.

Brown in extra virgin olive oil.

Remove to platter.

Brown sausage and remove.

Saute/fry green pepper, onions and mushrooms.

Add in tomatoes.

Stir.

Add in white wine or possibly chicken broth and spices.

Stir till slightly thickened.

Add in more flour if needed.
