Ingredients: 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts(thawed or frozen)(1 1/2-2 LB); 2 stalks celery; 2 green onions; 1/2 golden delicious apple; 1/4 small white or red onion; 2 tbsp olive oil; 2 tsp onion powder; 2 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp oregano; 1/2 cup mayonnaise; 1/4 cup miracle whip; 1 salt & pepper - dash; 1 tsp paprika

Servings: persons

2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts(thawed or frozen)(1 1/2-2 LB)
2 stalks celery
2 green onions
1/2 golden delicious apple
1/4 small white or red onion
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup miracle whip
1 salt & pepper - dash
1 tsp paprika

place 2 tbsp onlive oil in bottom of the slow cooker and place chicken in the slow cooker on low or high and cook until internal temperature of 160F

Dice apple, onion, green onion, and celery finely and mix in a bowl

Remove chicken from slow cooker when done and shred with forks or by hand and put in a large mixing bowl(do not leave alot of big chunks as I find that the smaller the shreds the better it absorbs flavor)

Add the chopped ingredients in with the chicken and mix with a wooden spoon.

Add 1/2 cup of mayo and mix with wooden spoon then add pepper, salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and mix more and then use miracle whip to make it to the consistency that you want.

Place into a smaller bowl and let chill for a while.

Enjoy on crackers, toast, bread, wraps, or whatever you like :)
