2 c. chicken stock
1 c. evaporated milk
2 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. diced, cooked carrots

2 tsp. baking powder
6 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheese

Mix butter and flour over medium heat.
