Remove the tendons from the chicken tenders.

Cut diagonally into bite size pieces.

Put the chicken in a plastic bag and dust with flour.

Then add the eggs.

Massage the bag to mix.

Heat a generous amount of oil and fry the chicken.

When browned, flip and fry the other side.

When it's done, remove it from the pan.

Add the ketchup and sauce and mix.

If you're not putting it in a bento, put the chicken from Step 7 on a dish and serve with sauce.
