1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp. butter
1 green pepper, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Add chicken to skillet; cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Arrange green pepper over chicken.
