Dredge both sides of each chicken breast into the flour, making sure to remove any extra flour, then into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumbs.

Saute the chicken in the hot oil for approximately 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and fully cooked.

Place the tomato sauce in a shallow baking dish and arrange the chicken on the sauce.

Spoon the remaining sauce over the chicken.
