2 stalks celery
3 to 4 carrots
1 onion
chicken bouillon
salt and pepper
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
yellow food color (if desired)

Cook chicken in approximately 3 quarts (12 cups) of water. When done, remove meat from bones and place back in broth.
