¾ cup water
¼ cup peanut butter
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons salad oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon gingerroot, grated
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon chili paste or ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
