Chicken Noodle Casserole

   Cook chicken in water with chopped celery and onion.

   Add salt and pepper to taste.

   Remove cooked chicken from pot and debone it, cutting chicken into small pieces.

   To broth add: chopped chicken, cheese, mushroom soup, peas, pimentos and noodles.

   Cook mixture until noodles are soft, then pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until noodles are done and mixture is thick.
