Servings: persons

1 piece Chicken (thigh or breast)
1 Plain flour
1 dash Salt and pepper
1 Vegetable oil
1 medium size Boiled egg
1/4 of small size Onion (finely chopped)
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 dash Salt and pepper
2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce

Make cuts on the chicken and butterfly out the thick parts.
