Using all the ingredients in the marinade section coat the chicken well and store in fridge until it's cooking time.

Needs to be marinaded about 2 hours atleast before cooking.

Heat the olive oil in a medium sized pan on a medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.

About 3-4 minutes.

Add the can of tomatoes, onion salt, curry powder, cumin, garam masala, chilli, black pepper and tomato.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Next add in the chicken pieces and half of the stock and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Add in the potatoes and the rest of the stock and simmer for another 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.

Add more water is its starting to dry.

Check seasoning.

Let it stand for 10 minutes once off the heat before serving.
