4 chicken breast fillets
20 to 25 saltine crackers, crushed
3/4 c. flour
salt and pepper
Mrs. Dash seasoning
vegetable oil for frying
1 large can or jar spaghetti sauce
1 well beaten egg, watered down
sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 small box fettucini noodles

Combine crushed crackers, flour, salt, pepper and Mrs.

Dip chicken fillets in egg and coat with cracker mixture.

Fry chicken in large skillet (approximately 1/3 full of oil) until golden brown.

Drain on paper towel-covered plate and top with cheese while still hot.
