Chicken Marinade

   First, put your chicken in a bowl.

   Then get a separate bowl, that's what we are going to make the marinade in.

   Next, you can add in your mustard,spices, and garlic.

   If you don't like adding mustard to the marinade mixture you can rub it on the chicken after you have cleaned it.

   So, in the separate bowl you are going to add your orange and lemon juice, along with your vinegar.

   You can also add a few slice of the oranges and lemons to the marinade.

   Finally, you can pour your marinade on top of the chicken ( in a large pan ) and add more of your minced garlic and spices on top if you'd like.

   Let you chicken marinade for 5 hours.

   One little reminder, depending on how much chicken you have you might have to double or even triple your recipe.

    Now all that's left to do is throw it in the oven and enjoy!
