1 -2 chicken, cut in 1/8s
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

Uncover chicken, and sprinkle with brown sugar, then pour wine over the chicken.
