2 pounds Ground Chicken
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
3 cloves Chopped Garlic
1 package (16 Oz. Size) Baby Carrots, Chopped In Food Processor
1 Tablespoon Sriracha
2 Tablespoons Tamari Or Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
2 whole Limes, Juiced
1 head Romaine Lettuce, Leaves Separated
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons Tamari
2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
1 teaspoon Hoisin Sauce

Brown ground chicken in sesame oil until cooked through.

Add garlic and carrots, cook for a few minutes.

In a bowl, add remaining ingredients (except lettuce) and whisk well.

Add to chicken and stir well.

Cook for another minute or two.

Make the sauce by whisking all ingredients in a bowl.

If its too thick add more water; too thin, add more peanut butter.
