1 (15 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup chopped celery
¼ cup milk
6 uncooked lasagna noodles
½ cup shredded monterey jack cheese
⅔ cup boiling water
3 ounces cream cheese, soft
1 ½ cups chopped fresh broccoli
⅓ cup chopped onion
½ teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 ½ cups cubed cooked chicken

Place 2 noodles in a greased 11 x 7 pan.

Pour boiling water around the edges of the noodles, Cover and bake 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes.
