4 chicken breasts, skinned
1 lb. cold butter
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
2 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp. mushrooms, minced
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lemon
1/2 c. oil
1/4 lb. butter

Bone chicken breasts and cut in half down center.

Flatten each fillet by pounding gently with cleaver.
