1/2 pounds Cremini Mushrooms, Thinly Sliced
3 whole Shallots, Finely Diced
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
1- 1/4 cup Marsala Wine
1 cup Chicken Stock
1/2 cups Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoons Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 cup Frozen Peas, Defrosted
