paprika
1 c. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind

Brown in butter. Remove and set aside.

Add flour, pepper, brown sugar and ginger to make paste in leftover butter in skillet; stir well.
