Ingredients: 1 (4 lb) fryer, sectioned; 4 tablespoons butter; 2 tablespoons flour; ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon; ¼ teaspoon salt; 1 ½ cups orange juice; ¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce; ½ cup slivered almonds; ½ cup raisins; 1 orange; 1 dash ground cloves

4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups orange juice
¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
½ cup slivered almonds
½ cup raisins
1 orange
1 dash ground cloves
