Chicken & Green Chile Casserole

   Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

   Lightly spray a 2 qt. baking dish with vegetable oil.

   Heat soup, milk, onion, chilies, salt, and pepper in saucepan until hot & bubbly.

   Add corn tortillas & stir until all tortillas are well coated.

   Place half of the mixture in prepared baking dish and cover with half the cheese. Repeat layers (May freeze at this point).

   Bake 20min. (To reheat, defrost & then reheat covered in 350 degree oven for 15-20min)
