Wash your chicken good then cut into strips and place in a large bowl

Add in the olive oil and adobo seasoning and 1/4 tsp of black pepper and mix together and set aside

In medium sized bowl add egg and milk and hot sauce and beat together and set aside

In medium sized bowl add flour onion powder paprika salt n pepper cayenne turmeric and season salt and mix together

Place some of your chicken in the egg wash then take it out n cover it in the flour mixture and place it on a plate... Repeat steps until all the chicken is done

In a deep frying pan add enough oil to cook your chicken in and heat up the oil until its hot and place around 6 peaces at a time

Once your chicken is nice n golden remove and place on paper towel... Dont cook to high heat or your chicken will brown faster then it cooks..once oil is drained on paper towel serve n enjoy
