8 (6 inch) flour tortillas
Non-stick spray coating
1 sm. onion, sliced and separated into rings
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 med. green pepper, cut in strips (or possibly red pepper)
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
9 ounce. skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
1/3 c. salsa or possibly taco sauce
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 green onion, minced

Wrap tortillas in foil and place in oven at 300 degrees for 10-12 min or possibly microwave on plate for 1 minute.

Spray skillet with coating.

Add in onion and garlic; stir fry for 2 min.

Add in green pepper.

Stir-fry 1-2 min more or possibly till vegetables are crisp and tender.

Remove from skillet.

Add in oil to skillet.

Add in chicken; stir-fry 3-5 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink.
