1 chicken breast
1 to 2 tbsp. oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped and seeded
1 pkg. fajita seasoning, mixed with water
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tortilla
1/4 cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped and drained
3 to 4 tbsp. chopped cilantro

Place chicken breast in water and boil until chicken is fully cooked.

Meanwhile, mix the chopped onion, tomato and cilantro in a small bowl and set aside.

When chicken is finished, rinse with cold water.

Once cool, shred or chop chicken into small pieces.

Heat oil in a skillet or frying pan.

First add onions, then green pepper, then shredded chicken.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.

After frying for a few minutes, pour fajita seasoning over the mixture.

Cook until chicken is fully saturated, then set aside.

Cover tortilla with shredded cheese and heat in oven or non-oiled frying pan.

Spoon the chicken, green pepper and onion sauce over the fajita, then the fresh salsa.

Cover with slices of avocado and top with sour cream.
