Roast them for 40-60 mins until crispy. Meanwhile, mix the potatoes and 1 tbsp of oil and season to taste. About 30 mins before the end of the chicken's cooking time, add the potatoes arranging them on the baking sheet around the chicken.

While the chicken and potatoes are cooking, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the peppers for 5 mins, add 1 sprig of rosemary after about 4 mins. Remove the peppers from the pan and keep them warm. Clean the pan, heat another 1-2 tbsp of oil and fry the zucchini slices for 4-5 mins, adding the other sprig of rosemary after 3-4 mins. Season to taste. Mix the vegetables together and serve them with the drumsticks and potato wedges.
