Chicken Divan

   Cook broccoli 2 minutes less than package directions.

   Drain and place in a shallow baking dish.

   Mix the cornstarch with a small amount of chicken broth in a saucepan at medium heat. Gradually add the remaining broth.

   Cook about 5 minutes more. Stir in the milk and cheese.

   Pour half the mixture over the broccoli.

   Then layer the chicken slices over the sauce.

   Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken slices.

   Bake at 475u00b0 for 10 minutes.
