Pound out each chicken breast, then season them with salt and pepper.

Mix together chopped broccoli, cheese and eggs in large bowl.

Add the bread crumbs a little at a time until mixture binds together.

Place a spoonful of broccoli-cheese mixture in the center of each chicken breast.

Fold the sides of the chicken breast into the center to seal in broccoli-cheese mixture.

Fasten with toothpick.

Place in baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

If there is broccoli-cheese mixture left over, spoon it around the chicken breasts in the dish.

Brush tops of chicken breasts with melted butter and season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.

Serve with chicken gravy, if desired.
