3 garlic cloves
1/2 sausage meat
olive oil to taste
1 whole chicken cut in pieces
1/2 can peeled tomatoes in pieces
4 sprigs coriander
3 tablespoons curry powder
1 can coconut milk
salt to taste

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan. Add the chopped onion, chopped garlic, and sliced sausage. Saute until golden.

Add the chicken, and mix well.

Cover with tomato and chopped coriander. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add curry powder and coconut milk. Mix everything very well.

When curry begins to boil, check the salt.
