Ingredients: 2 piece chicken breasts; 1 1/2 cup panko crumbs; 2 eggs; 1/2 cup flour; 1 chopped onion; 1 packages mushrooms; 1/4 stick real salted butter; dash olive oil, extra virgin; 1 1/2 cup sweet peppers red, yellow, orange; 1 loaf Italian bread; 1 Ranch or your favorite dressing; 1 tomato; 1 lettuce; 1 loaf Italian bread

Servings: persons

2 piece chicken breasts
1 1/2 cup panko crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 chopped onion
1 packages mushrooms
1/4 stick real salted butter
dash olive oil, extra virgin
1 1/2 cup sweet peppers red, yellow, orange
1 loaf Italian bread
1 Ranch or your favorite dressing
1 tomato
1 lettuce
1 loaf Italian bread

Heat your pan, use a drip or three of evoo.

(Olive oil) cut your chicken breast length wise into semi thick strips.

Dip in flour, egg then panko crumbs.

Cook through your chicken will crisp on med high heat or even med.

Add salt and pepper as desired.

Slice and dice your vegetables.

Saute in butter over medium high heat with a lid on and stir occasionally.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Slice your bread and set it on baking sheet if you prefer toasted.

Bake on low for 5-6 min.

Dress it with your dressing preference.
