Remove fat from the chicken thigh.

Cook the skin side down in a frying pan until browned.

Remove any of the excess fat in the pan frequently with a paper towel.

When one side is browned, turn over the chicken.

Cook the other side briefly.

Add coke and soy sauce, and simmer.

Bring it to a boil, and cover with a lid.

Cook over medium heat to cook inside.

Once the chicken is cooked, turn over again.

Cook over high heat to thicken the sauce.
