Ingredients: 3 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut up; 3 oz. can mushrooms; 3/4 lb. medium wide noodles; 1/3 c. minced onion; 1/3 c. green pepper; 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted); 6 c. chicken broth; 1/3 lb. grated cheese; 1/4 c. minced pimento; 2 c. cooked peas, frozen; 1/8 tsp. pepper; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. celery salt; almond chips

3 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
3 oz. can mushrooms
3/4 lb. medium wide noodles
1/3 c. minced onion
1/3 c. green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
6 c. chicken broth
1/3 lb. grated cheese
1/4 c. minced pimento
2 c. cooked peas, frozen
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
almond chips

Add mushroom juice to broth and cook noodles in this.

Do not drain noodles.

In 2 tablespoons of chicken fat or butter, saute green pepper, onion and mushrooms.

To cooked noodles, add soup and next 6 ingredients.

In greased 3-quart casserole, place 1 layer of noodle mixture, then one of chicken mixture.
