2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
6 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/2 pound salted cashews
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 can Chinese noodles
1 c. fresh snow peas
1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
