Ingredients: 2 tsp. chicken instant bouillon; 1 1/4 c. boiling water; 2 Tbsp. soy sauce; 1 Tbsp. cornstarch; 2 tsp. brown sugar; 1/2 tsp. ground ginger; 2 whole chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces; 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil; 2 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms; 1/2 c. diced green onions; 1 small green pepper, sliced; 8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced; 1/2 c. cashews; hot, cooked rice

2 tsp. chicken instant bouillon
1 1/4 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 whole chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. diced green onions
1 small green pepper, sliced
8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. cashews
hot, cooked rice

Dissolve bouillon in water.

Combine next 4 ingredients; stir into bouillon mix.

Brown chicken in oil; add bouillon mixture, cooking until thick.

Add remaining ingredients, except nuts and rice.

Simmer, uncovered, for 5 to 8 minutes.

Stir occasionally. Remove from heat.

Add 1/4 cup nuts.
