1/4 c. oil
1 onion, chopped
3 or 4 cloves garlic
1 (16 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce

1 Tbsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Brown chicken in oil on both sides.

Remove from skillet and add onion, garlic, tomato sauce, tomatoes, oregano, celery seed, salt and pepper.
