¼ teaspoon pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon pepper
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup Italian style breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil

Mix tomato topping ingredients in medium bowl.

Cover and refrigerate until serving time.

Pound each chicken breast between plastic wrap until 1/4 inch thick.

Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and pepper.

Beat egg and milk in shallow bowl with fork until blended.

Spread flour on shallow plate.
