Ingredients: 1/4 lb Steamed Broccoli Florets (or more); 2 Cooked Chopped Chicken Breasts; 1/2 cup Sauteed Mushrooms; 1/4 cup Diced Onions; 1/2 cup Softened Cream Cheese; 1/4 cup Sour Cream; 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan; 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese; 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup; 2 Eggs, beaten; 2 dash EACH of: salt, black pepper,red pepper flakes,garlic powder; 1/2 cup Buttered Italian Breadcrumbs (for top of casserole)

1/4 lb Steamed Broccoli Florets (or more)
2 Cooked Chopped Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup Sauteed Mushrooms
1/4 cup Diced Onions
1/2 cup Softened Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Eggs, beaten
2 dash EACH of: salt, black pepper,red pepper flakes,garlic powder
1/2 cup Buttered Italian Breadcrumbs (for top of casserole)

Preheat oven to 350F .Chop and cook your chicken, season to taste.

Steam your broccoli til tender, saute your mushrooms in olive oil.

Set aside.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese,sour cream,diced onions,parmesan,mushroom soup,cheddar,eggs and spices.

Blend well.

Fold in your broccoli florets, cooked chicken, and sauteed mushrooms into your creamy mixture.

Pour into a casserole dish, and flatten out the top.

Evenly distribute breadcrumb topping.

Place in the oven at 350 for 40 minutes, or until bubbly.

Then Broil for last 5 minutes until top is golden brown.
