1 tsp. Dijon mustard

1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. water
1/3 c. oil
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs

Pound chicken into 1/4-inch thickness.
