1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup water
parsley (to garnish)
