Chicken Breast Supreme

   Wash and dry chicken breast.

   Combine poultry seasoning, seasoning salt, salt and pepper; rub mixture into chicken, being sure to cover all sides.

   Flour, using enough flour to coat lightly.

   Quickly brown in hot butter in heavy skillet.

   Turn to brown evenly.

   Transfer to 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

   Stir 1 tablespoon flour into drippings, brown slightly, then add water. Mix well and pour over the chicken.

   Cover tightly.

   Bake at 325u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until tender.

    Remove cover last 10 minutes to crisp crust.
