2 chicken brests cubed small
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 pinch ground commin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 onion minced
1 egg beaten
1 flour
1 fresh parsley chopped small
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 olive oil
1 prego, ragu, your choice of tomato sauce
1 packages your fav shreded cheese

pre heat oven to 350

cube chicken breasts small

mix onions,.garlic, and spices into chicken in a bowl

add salt, pepper and beaten egg

once all ingredientes nicely mixed make chicken balls and roll in flour

heat olive oil on med heat and brown balls on all sides

do not fully Cook, only brown

in a baking dish add balls and cover in sauce, cover with aluminum and put in oven for 35 - 40 min

add cheese and bake uncovered for an additional 5 -10 min until cheese melted
