1 pound chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into strips
1 c. celery, diagonally sliced
1 med. green bell pepper, sliced lengthwise
1 med. onion, sliced lengthwise

1/2 c. apple juice

In a wok or possibly nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

Saute/fry over medium high heat till cooked through.

Remove chicken.
