1 bell pepper

4 green onions and tops
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika

1 tall can tomato paste
8 c. chicken liquid or possibly water
2 pkg. frzn okra
1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cooked
1 pound sausage, cooked
