2-3 chicken breasts
1 packet of success rice (natural grain brown rice)
2 boxes of organic chicken broth
2-4 long carrots
1 cup of chopped celery
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1 clove of garlic
1 Package of mushrooms, sliced
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Butter
2-4 tbsp. of cooking sherry

1. Rinse chicken, vegetables, and mushrooms thoroughly

2. Lightly batter breasts with salt, pepper, and flour

3. Sear breasts in a saute pan (with some garlic)

4. Boil breasts for 10 minutes, then set aside
