Chicken And Rice Dressing

   Warm 1 cup of butter in microwave until it is melted.

   In large mixing bowl, add bell pepper, onion, rice and all soups.

   Stir well.

   Pour half of butter into large casserole dish then add rice mixture.

   Place chicken on top of the rice mixture.

   Add salt and pepper to taste.

   Pour the rest of the butter on top of the chicken.

   Place in pre-heated oven at 275 degrees F for 2-1/2 hours.
