Chicken And Mushrooms

   Mix bread crumbs, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, parsley and pepper.

   Cover chicken with bread crumb mix and brown both sides in small amount of oil.

   Remove chicken; set aside.

   In pan combine 1/2 stick butter and 1 chopped garlic clove; brown.

   Throw in sliced mushrooms.

   Saute about 15 minutes.

   Pour in chicken mixture and wine (to cover).

   Simmer 40 minutes to 1 hour, depending on amount of chicken used.
